
Construction Management
The project management services include but are not limited to:
- The development of a cost-effective plan and schedule for the completion of project following a logical pattern for utilization of resources.
- The selection and coordination of the work of sub consultants and subcontractors working on various phases of the project.
- Overseeing the performance of all architects, engineers and trade contractors and the review architectural and engineering drawings to make sure that all specifications and regulations are being followed.
- The proper administration and management of engineering and construction contracts and the obtention of all necessary permits and licenses.
- The supervision of the assistant managers which entails the revision of their reports, follow up on any reported difficulties, and the correction of any safety violations or other reported deficiencies.
- Tracking and controlling the construction schedule and associated costs to achieve the completion of the project within the time and monies allocated.
- Reporting to contracting officers, owners and architects about the progress and any necessary modifications of plans that seem indicated.
- Administering and coordinating modifications and change orders.
- Managing all financials aspects of projects, including but not limited to estimating, job cost control, accounting. Performing all business development tasks as well as community outreach programs.
