NYSDOT – D264966: Highway - Biennial Mowing
This contract involves the regular mow of various locations at the interchanges along I84 in the State of New York from the Pennsylvania line to the Connecticut Line. The work also involves litter removal as well as removal of fallen trees in all areas previously mowed and adjacent areas. Vine treatment consisting of vine trimming will also be implemented throughout the contract during off peak mowing season (November through February). Services provided by the Office Engineer consisted of the preparation of RFIs and Change Orders, tracking and distribution of NYSDOT submittals, the maintenance of all NYSDOT MURK compliant record keeping, overview of the inspector’s daily reports, documentation and tracking of project issues, preparation of meeting agenda and record of minutes, assistance in project payments and close out activities, report EEO requirements.Project Details
