Resident Engineer for a manhole hardware replacement project in the Bronx and Queens. The scope of work included the replacement of 748 manhole hardware (sewer and water main) within various community boards. Duties included: frequent site patrols, prepare notifications for the community boards and attend their meetings, prepare payment documents, write progress and monthly reports as well as daily reports, prepare submittal and delay logs. I also entered Inspector’s report in PIMS and made payments during the absence of the OE.Project Details
