Services provided by the Office Engineer consisted of the preparation of RFIs and Change Orders, tracking and distribution of NYSDOT submittals, the maintenance of all NYSDOT MURK compliant record keeping, overview of the inspector’s daily reports, documentation and tracking of project issues, preparation of meeting agenda and record of minutes, assistance in project payments and close out activities, report and tracking of EEO requirements and preparation of As Built drawings.

Project Summary

The project is located on Route 28 between Mountain Road and Waughkonk Road. This contract includes milling of existing asphalt wearing surface and repaving with a 2” single course warm Asphalt overlay.
